People who have an interest in a career as a Police Officer and are 18 years of age or older are encouraged to attend a Recruit Information Session. Please be advised the Recruit Information Session only provides information on the Police Officer role and recruitment process and does not provide information on the Trainee or Police Auxiliary Officer entry pathway.
Recruit Information Sessions include presentations by WA Police Force Recruiting Personnel, Police Recruits and other members of the Western Australia Police Force and provide an overview of the recruitment and selection process, training requirements and job specific information relevant to a career as a police officer.
This Recruit Information Session opens for bookings midday Monday 7 October 2019.
Due to limited availability and space, bookings will be accepted from prospective applicants only, who are 18 years of age and older and meet the initial eligibility criteria. We are unable to accommodate guests at this time.
If you are interested in any other entry pathway such as Trainee or Police Auxiliary Officer, please be advised that an information session relevant to each entry pathway will be held prior to a recruitment campaign for these positions opening. Dates will be advertised on this website closer to the time. In the interim, however, please feel free to contact Police Recruiting who will be able to assist you with any queries that you might have.
Start time: Please arrive at 1615hrs to be seated for a 1630hrs start.
Finish time: Approximately 1830hrs.
